THE GUARDIANS OF MUKOGODO FOREST

At the foothills of Mount Kenya lies the nation’s largest forest reserve, and its last remaining dry forests. As years of drought grip the land, the Yiaku Indigenous Community continue to discern the health of their forest through the taste of wild honey, revealing a deep bond between community and bees that has become the unlikely saviour of Mukogodo Forest.
